• If time is hard to find in your schedule but you still want to participate, some of our shorter elective group workshops run for just 2 hours and are packed with helpful discussion as well as plenty of time to be creative. You’ll still get all the access to the supplies in the room and professional guidance, and a coffee or tea if you want one.

  • These elective workshops go a little deeper into the subject matter and you might find a bit more time for your personal expressive projects. All the materials in the room are there for you to access, and we will take a quick break if you feel like it for a cuppa and maybe some fruit and biscuits to keep you fueled up.

  • These elective group workhops take a really in-depth approach to the topic at hand you can expect a lot opportunities to express, create, discuss, build your ideas as well as connections with others on the group. We have coffee, tea and light snacks available, and we stop for a half hour lunch break so you can down tools and go out to the nearby stores, restaurants or parks, have a bite to eat and refresh your mind mid-way through the day.

  • These sessions address issues that you, personally, would like to deal with. Even if you’re not quite sure what “it” is but you know there’s something you need to express, I can help you work towards identifying issues, helping you set goals and making steps towards positive progress.

In this case the therapist will work solely with you, tailoring an approach to the goals you’ve set and then moving along with you as you build and grow on your journey. These sessions can be helpful for those who have difficult issues blocking them in life - and also those who have reached a place that they feel good in, but who want to keep the fire fueled, feed the momentum and expand their lives even further.

You can choose 60 minute or 90 minute sessions, and if you decide this is the right thing for you, prices are a bit cheaper if you purchase a series of sessions.

  • These group workshops occur on the same day at the same time every week, for either 4 or 6 weeks. They cover several themes that affect us all as humans, with an approach specific to those who currently live, or have lived an international experience. Group members grow and bond, discuss, express and create. Trust is built and griup members often go o to become long term friends and supporters after the course is finished. Plans for half-day as well as full-day sessions are in progress, so watch this space and the information on the home page to see what becomes available, then sign in on the booking to secure your spot in a group that suits you.
