Group events/ courses

At Head&Heart Expression Room, we offer a variety of engaging and enriching group opportunities .that cater to everyone’s unique interests and needs.

Our regular stand-alone, thematic day, half-day and evening group events invite you to book in and join us for a delightful experience that you won’t want to miss!

In addition to these events, we also have a selection of extended and targeted group courses available. These courses feature weekly meetings with a continuous, bonded group, allowing participants to come together and work through common challenges and issues collaboratively.

All groups run with a minimum of three and a maximum of six participants. Keep an eye on the events pages and if you see something you’d like to join, please get in contact with me via the booking page and we will do our best to make sure you get your place. If the workshop has already filled, I can advise you on the next dates for the same workshop, or discuss others that you might enjoy.

Team building/Group Cohesion: Company and Family

Team building and group cohesion events are designed to foster connections and strengthen relationships among participants.

Using a creative arts-based approach is a unique way to engage staff, fire up their innovation and creativity. Group sessions can support staff in building greater resilience, self-care, connection and well-being.

Additionally, we offer group workshops specifically for families, to keep connections strong and foster understanding through expression and balanced, guided discussion..

Workshops are designed to the needs of each particular client set, and tailored to the specific goals and needs of your particular group..

Generally, group sessions run for 1/2 day and full day events to accommodate various schedules and needs. They can also be extended into a short series of sessions.

The room accommodates a maximum of six participants. In this category, arrangements are made through mutual agreement between the therapist and all involved client parties.
